Ingredients:
Pasta :
1 tsp salt
3 litre of water
250 gr Spinach fettuccine
2 tbs butter
Creamy cheese :
2 tbs olive oil
4 garlic cloves (crushed)
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 tbs fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbs flour
1.5 cup of evaporated milk
0.5 cup water
5 slices of smoked beef (chopped)
2 tbs grated cheese
salt 'n peppa
Directions:
Pasta :
Bring 3 ktr if water 'n boil it in the pot, add 250 gr pasta and 1 tsp salt and cooked pasta 'till Al dente!!!... drain well and put the butter on the pasta
Cream :
Heat the frypan, put olive oil... then put crushed garlic and onion 'n saute them until fragrant.
Put the smoked beef slices until the color changed..then add flour stir well then add milk and water .. season with salt 'n peppa..add grated cheese stir well until thickened set the heat to the lowest as you can.
Finally put Pasta together with cream stir it fast then pour the parsley... then turn off the stove.
Now pasta ready to nom nom nom:)
